Following the launch of the electronic system of neonatal data registry in Bahrami Hospital, a meeting was held to optimize its implementation in the mentioned hospital in the research center in October 17, 2017. Maternal, Fetal and Neonatal Research Center, and Bahrami Hospital representatives and the treatment deputy expert of the university attended in this meeting.

Dr. Nayeri, the head of the center, first explained the launching process of the electronic system of neonatal data registry. These cases were planning process, consulting the expert neonatal professors of Tehran, Shahid Beheshti and Iran Universities of Medical Sciences, writing a registry based on professors' guidance, developing the software and finally launching this system for Vali-e-Asr, Arash, Najmieh, Shariati, Moheb, Pediatric and Bahrami hospitals after Ministry of Health and Medical Education order. She also added that the results obtained from the electronic system of the mentioned hospitals will be compared with the system of other hospitals in the next five years, and eventually one of the two will be selected as a national system. In addition, explanations were presented about system data, available data, and the creation of a management dashboard.

Then, Dr. Rezaeizadeh had an overview on reporting process, importing process of hospital HIS data to the system and the process of electronic forms completion. In the end, Ms. Ahmadi, the expert of treatment deputy, and Dr. Nayeri answered the audience's questions.
