The design of the high-risk infant follow-up system (evolution system), which had already been completed, was put into operation in February of 2022, after reviewing and eliminating the deficiencies. This system has been created to record and track the status of high-risk infants referred to the evolution clinic to evaluate the presence of infants at the appointed time in a systematic and accurate manner and to examine their growth status in each developmental area. In addition, to increase support and interaction with the baby's parents and provide them with the necessary training.
